Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of training services, ensuring transparency, quality, and legal compliance between Instituto Alegre and the trainees. Please read each clause carefully before completing your registration.

  •  

    The details of the training provider are as follows:

    • Corporate Purpose (among others): “Training and educational services in the health and laboratory field” and “Beauty Institutes”

    • Registered Trademark: Instituto Alegre (National Trademark No. 707629 – Application No. 2005080825, Class 41).

    • Scientific Team:

      • Clinical Director: Dr. Fernando Alegre (OMD 9688)

      • Scientific Coordinator: Dr. Laianni Alegre (Master’s Degree in Orofacial Harmonization)

    • Selection of international lecturers: criteria based on scientific and clinical impact in their respective countries of practice.

    • Certification: DGERT/SIGO Certificate and International Certificate with the Instituto Alegre seal.

    • Format and duration: defined on a case-by-case basis by the scientific team (no fixed values; they vary according to the course).

    The courses are intended for healthcare professionals, namely:

    • Medical doctors

    • Dentists

    • Other professionals qualified to perform treatments in this field

  •  

    • Registration fee: €200.00 (per completed registration)

    • Payment methods:

      • Bank transfer

      • Revolut

      • Card payment (in person at Clínica Alegre)

      • Cash (in person at Clínica Alegre)

      • MB Way (Portugal only)

      • PayPal

      • 3-installment payment via Floa Pay (Portugal only)

      • 4-installment payment via Floa Pay (Portugal only)

      • 10-installment payment via Cofidis Pay (Portugal only)

    • Withdrawal by the student:
      Refund of all amounts paid for the course, except for the registration fee (€200), which is non-refundable due to administrative costs.

    • Cancellation by the Institute:
      Full refund of all amounts paid (course + registration fee) to the IBAN provided by the student.

  •  

    1. Punctuality and attendance: mandatory; lack of commitment may compromise successful completion of the course.

    2. Exclusion from the course: applicable in cases of:

      • disrespectful or inappropriate conduct;

      • falsification or irregularity in documents issued by the Professional Association.

    3. Materials provided: access to all support materials (PDFs, videos) and personal protective equipment is included in the course fee.

    4. Prohibition of reproduction: the recording, reproduction, sharing, or distribution of any content (classes, materials, videos) is prohibited without the express authorization of the Scientific Coordination.

    1. Qualitative model: individualized assessment, with no numerical exams, but with guaranteed acquisition of competencies through direct participation.

    2. Issuance of certificates:

      • DGERT/SIGO Certificate – nationally recognized and awarded only to professionals from any Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area, provided they are in good standing with their professional association;

      • International Certificate – bearing the official seal of Instituto Alegre.

    1. The Personal Data Protection Policy may be amended by Instituto Alegre whenever necessary or whenever required by legislative changes. Notice of such changes will be published in a revised version of this Policy, which shall enter into force upon publication.

    2. Data collected: name, email address, WhatsApp number, copy of the civil identification document, and copy of the Professional Association card/declaration.

    3. Purposes: SIGO registration; communication; invoice issuance; creation of an internal training record.

    4. Retention period: indefinite, in accordance with the law.

    5. Data subjects’ rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, or objection, under the terms of the GDPR. Requests must be submitted to the email address interno@clinicaalegre.pt. The first request is free of charge. Subsequent requests are subject to an Administrative Fee of €15.00 (fifteen euros).

    • Applicable legislation: the Portuguese Civil Code and Code of Civil Procedure, professional training legislation, and the GDPR.

    • Jurisdiction: Judicial Court of the District of Setúbal.
